Shinsun · Yinhu Phase 2 Sale Area
HangZhou, China2020
The overall design of the demonstration area takes a hidden mountain scenery as a theme, featuring picturesque scenes such as flowing water, forest waterfalls, and tranquil lakeside pavilions, combined with modern minimalist design techniques to present an adventure exploring the hidden beauty.
Prelude to Adventure · Captivating Entrance
The entrance square is part of the future commercial street. The designer cleverly uses plant combinations and commercial potted sceneries to create an independent and distinguished welcoming atmosphere, with special water features and outdoor leisure tables and chairs showcasing the future commercial scene.
Flowing Water · Beginning of Paradise
The path to the model houses and the demonstration area resembles the form of a river, both sides of the roads are paired with special water features, green islands, lawns, and various plants as we gradually progress through the pleasant scenery. The pathway is like a dynamic stream of flowing water, with plants on both sides complementing each other, tree shadows swaying. Every step reveals a new scenery, lively and intriguing, people can’t help but ponder with curiosity what the model house area would be.
Forest Waterfalls · Approaching Climax
After passing through the model house area, the intuitive future living environment experience awaits. At the corner, a geometric water feature resembling a small waterfall in the mountains catches the eye, cascading down the slope. The sparse trees and fragrant flowers create the allure of a lifestyle on the mountains. The pathway resembling a flowing stream abruptly turns here, pausing briefly before continuing forward, leading onwards to more astonishments.
Tranquil Lakeside Pavilions in the Mountains · Hidden Paradise
At the end of the path is an invigorating swimming pool garden. The irregular pool, which maximizes functionality and aesthetics, is like a clear lake hidden in the mountains, formed by the accumulation of waterfalls flowing down from the leisure gallery. The endless pool and stepwise processing technique emulate the sense of depth in the natural world, highlighting its profundity and mystery.
The leisure corridor by the swimming pool resembles a water pavilion in the forest, with the roof incorporating a waterfall design. It has a similar charm to the ancient Ziyu Pavilion, providing visitors with a cool place to rest, which is precisely what “crystal curtains of water gives better ventilation” means. It is also like a waterfall rushing down from the mountain, making the residents playing in the pool feel like they are in a natural mountain forest lake, echoing the natural surroundings of the site.
The massage pool, located at the end of the tour route is another point of highlight. Enclosed by flower beds, it resembles the final secret place surrounded by mountains and forests. The sky, plants, and architecture are reflected in the clear water, blending the sky and the earth. Thus, a leisurely, green, and livable future life scene is fully revealed.
