The City of Brampton retained Baker Turner to start work on the third of four planned Activity Hubs – Sesquicentennial Activity Hub in early 2020. The program elements for this Activity Hub are as follows: junior and senior playgrounds, shade sails, a custom spray pad, ampitheatre/stage, open space, retaining walls, pathway connections, fencing and a new water main. Construction started in the fall of 2021 and was completed in November of 2022.
