General Design Idea
This project is nestled in a superior natural environment, enriched with abundant public greenery, showcasing its distinctive geographical advantages. The landscape design is guided by the philosophy of sustainable green living, seamlessly integrating the existing natural ecology and public green spaces surrounding the development into the community. This amplifies the verdant ambiance, creating an urban oasis that harmoniously blends interior and exterior spaces.

Through a holistic greening strategy that ascends from the ground into the residential areas, the community is cradled as if by the gentle “Hands of Nature.” Clean geometric lines mirror the minimalist architectural language, painting a vision of modern, nature-embracing simplicity.

Starting at the entrance, every inch of space is thoughtfully utilized to reflect the green ethos. A sprawling landscape green wall lines the driveway, enveloping residents in multi-layered greenery. The entry plaza centers around a striking water feature flanked by three 13-meter Jacaranda trees. In spring, their cascading purple blooms infuse the space with romance, while the water element elevates the entrance to a five-star ambiance.

To align with community growth and diverse resident needs, sustainable wellness principles are woven throughout. The resort-style pool garden features a 30-meter infinity pool, a hot-and-cold jacuzzi, a children’s splash pool, and a shallow lounging area, all accented with artistic touches to evoke a luxury retreat.

The residential entry-level combines aesthetics and functionality. A standout innovation is the “Flowing Tree Collar” sculptural elevated planters that stretch greenery skyward, visible from residents’ windows while appearing to “Dancing in the Sky.”

Diverse garden spaces cater to modern lifestyles: intimate pocket gardens, a meditation garden, a community farm for family bonding, a pet garden, a rentable BBQ courtyard, and a multifunctional lawn with an amphitheater. Each space enriches daily life, prioritizing health, connection, and leisure under the green living ethos.
