The project is in a modern and simple style as a whole, with a good surrounding natural environment, facing the Ou River to the north and the park to the east. The Oujiang River is the second largest river in Zhejiang Province. The shipping industry has been developed since ancient times, and the natural environment protection in the basin is good. It is known as one of the most suitable areas for human habitation on the west bank of the Pacific Ocean. The east and northeast sides of the plot are green parks under construction. In the future, green trees will form a natural oxygen bar, which will provide the surrounding residents with an excellent living and leisure space.

The target customers of this project are young people in society. Most families have children and parents who help with their children. The design focuses on the needs of children and the elderly. The park has two main landscape axes, north-south and east-west. The overall design is based on the theme of simple modern livingism, combined with functional design to create a living environment that meets the needs of modern families. The design retains the iconic elements of Greentown while creating the unique brand characteristics of this project .
