Flaire Condominiums adds a playfulness to the Shops at Don Mills. Working with Giannone Petricone Associates and FRAM, final drawings were approved by the City of Toronto Urban Design and landscape construction is expected to commence by the fall of 2016. Taking off on the retro style of the undulating design, Baker Turner Inc. has designed a landscape that is simple and sculptural. The ground floor terraces front onto an open garden landscape, with opportunities for informal play and a pet relief area, amenities that respond to urban condominium living. An amenity terrace on the fifth floor also offers outdoor lounge and barbeque areas with views to the city skyline.
