The Whitesand Cove project is distinguished by its exceptional surrounding environment, abundant natural ecological resources, and proximity to the Sai Kung Ho Chung River and mangrove forest reserve, showcasing its environmental advantages. The landscape design, centered on sustainability and Green Living, integrates the theme of New Coastal Living, making it a standout feature of the development. The project incorporates the surrounding natural ecosystem into the community through Blue & Green Corridors, amplifying the greenery and transforming the area into a residential neighborhood that resembles a natural ecological garden.
Upon entering the main entrance, residents are immediately immersed in an elegant, romantic garden-style riverside living space. The entrance is highlighted by a distinctive green landscape wall and a 12-meter-tall native Cotton Tree, creating a sense of ceremonial arrival. Inside, the design adopts a Monet-esque picturesque approach, with diverse floral arrangements infusing every corner of the garden with romantic charm. Additionally, the project aims to establish an ecological butterfly garden to enhance the environment, promoting mental well-being and natural healing as part of its sustainable Wellness philosophy.
The Northern Blue Corridor extends northward, featuring a resort-style infinity pool, cold jacuzzi, and shallow pool lounge area. It seamlessly connects to the Ho Chung River mangrove reserve. This design evokes a sense of freedom, as if swimming naturally by the riverside.
The East-West Green Corridor introduces innovative eco-friendly landscaping technologies to create a Magical Woodland, providing a sustainable habitat for fireflies to thrive and reproduce. Complemented by carefully designed landscape lighting and the soothing sounds of flowing water, this corridor adds a touch of romance to residents’ daily journeys home.
On the first floor, the Sky Gardens offer a variety of small garden spaces tailored to different clubhouse functions. These include a Tea Garden, a rentable BBQ Courtyard, and a Reading Court, catering to modern lifestyles that prioritize health, socialization, and work-life balance. These spaces elevate the quality of life while seamlessly connecting residents to nature. Furthermore, numerous activity spaces centered around the Green Living theme are designed to meet the diverse needs of residents, enriching their daily lives with a harmonious blend of nature and modern living.
