Introduction

Tiffany Ma is a Registered Landscape Architect in Hong Kong with over 7 years of comprehensive experience in both local public and private sector after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.

Early in her career, Tiffany spent nearly 4 years within the public sector, where she developed in-depth command of government submission protocols and statutory approval processes. This background and institutional knowledge have proven instrumental in her subsequent works under Cohere Design, where she consistently facilitates high approval success rates and gives clients greater confidence in managing project timelines and regulatory milestones.

As a results-oriented professional, Tiffany is adept at design and project management and excels at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design excellence on a diversity of projects, including residential, district open space and hotel projects across Hong Kong, China and Dubai. With rigorous control on quality and detail, Tiffany’s capability spans the full project lifecycle – from feasibility study to conceptual and schematic design, and from tender documentation and contract administration to construction of hard and soft landscape works.
