Introduction

Mike is the managing partner of BTi. He works closely with Albert Cheng and the Hong Kong offices of Cohere Design Company. In addition, he is a Senior Landscape Architect and Project Manager for a variety of projects. Mike is a graduate of the University of Guelph where he received his Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture. His Master’s thesis revolved around creating a set of guidelines that illustrated techniques for Affordable Golf Course Design and Master Planning.

Mike also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Earth Sciences with a Geography minor from the University of Waterloo in 2002. Mike joined BTi in the spring of 2005, bringing experience in the fields of golf course maintenance and construction. Aside from Golf Course Design, Mike has been involved with a wide variety of projects such as Park Planning and Design, Community Design and Guidelines, Commercial Developments, Healthcare Facilities, Resort Planning and Corporate Landscapes.
