Introduction

Enrico Ilagan is the Director (Administration & Technical) and Managing Partner for Manila Office, providing executive leadership, operational oversight, and technical direction across the firm’s practice. As co-founder of the Manila office, he has been instrumental in establishing its foundation, guiding its growth, and maintaining the high standards that define its work.

A registered architect and graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, with nearly four decades of professional experience, Enrico has built a distinguished career spanning architecture, interior design, construction management, and design-build services. His multidisciplinary background gives him a comprehensive understanding of both design and construction, enabling him to translate strategic vision into practical, buildable solutions.

Before co-founding Cohere Design Philippines, Enrico held senior technical and management roles across the design and construction industry, including Principal Designer at Belt Collins International’s Manila office. There, he led multidisciplinary teams in delivering major landscape developments across Hong Kong. China, Macau, and the Philippines, contributing to large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

At Cohere, he oversees project governance, resource management, technical quality assurance, and organizational development. Known for his professionalism, accountability, and mentorship. he fosters a culture where creativity is strengthened by technical rigor and disciplined project
delivery.
