Located in central Mississauga and nestled along the banks of the Credit River, the 60-hectare property is a historic retreat. Baker Turner Inc. was retained to refurbish the landscape of the heritage Cappell House and provide site design for a new entrance sculpture as part of the Canada 150 Community infrastructure Program.
