The landscape design blends urban art with themes of “nature, nobility, elegance, and beauty,” creating a unique residential space with an artistic and humanistic experience. The Mulan River in Fujian Province, known as the “Mother River,” serves as the inspiration, symbolizing both the natural flow of water and the historical migration of Fujian people. The design incorporates the river’s shape, dynamics, and cultural significance, aiming to create a modern art space with local characteristics and emotional connections.

The design is structured around two axes, two fields, two courtyards, and multiple nodes, with each space having an independent theme. The experience feels like a guided tour through galleries, blending nature and art. The entrance combines the river’s cultural essence with water dynamics and sculptures, creating a space with a sense of belonging and artistic atmosphere. The entrance features custom-designed aluminum plates, a light and atmospheric environment, and angled cuts for themed lighting.

The waterscapes at both entrances reflect the Mulan dike and dynamic water flow, with mirrored and overlapping water features complemented by sculptures. After extensive research, the sculptures evoke nostalgia and resonate with visitors, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.
