BTi was involved in the development of Centennial Place Residence, a student housing complex for Centennial College. The design included accessible pedestrian entrances, foundation plantings, and streetscape plantings. The interior courtyard space includes a large artificial turf activity green, a patio with seating and a BBQ, a sedum planted square and planting beds adjacent walkways with benches. On the roof is an extensive green roof comprised of drought tolerant sedum and fescue grass. The pedestrian connection between the residence and main building was transformed with a new walkway and a covered seating area surrounded by foundation plantings.
